LR3 Rock Sliders Have Hit the Market!

LR3 rock sliders

After nearly a full year of design, testing and development, I am very excited to announce that the “Extreme Underbody Protection” rock sliders are a reality! Manufactured by RoverSpecialties.com, they are distributed exclusively by my friends at OffRoving.com.

These sliders are smart looking and built for purpose with a smooth under-side surface so you can keep moving over any obstacle and the added protection to your vehicles body, frame and lower plastic door moldings will certainly give LR3 owners more confidence on the trail. They bolt-on so no drilling is necessary and an E-Coat primer and black powder coated finish delivers maximum protection against corrosion. Custom finishes are available too.

Three levels of protection are available.

Option I: Frame-to-Sill underbody plate and door sill protection made of one piece 3/16″ thick laser-cut shop formed steel. Offering unequalled underbody protection with a very low profile, nearly invisible appearance.

Option II: Includes the full length underbody protection from Frame-to-Sill, and adds the heavy duty .188″ thick wall steel stand-off tubes that project out just beyond the body moldings, providing protection from rocks and outcroppings on the sides of the vehicle.

Option III: Includes the full length underbody protection from Frame-to-Sill, stand-offs and outer rail, and adds an additional plate to the bottom of the stand-offs from Sill-to-Rail for maximum protection.
